In this month of October, we pray:

for Peace Through Mary, Queen of Victories: We beg you, our Mother, intercede for us before your Son. Win for our troubled world the gift of peace, but first, win the victory within our own hearts.
Conquer the pride, the fear, and the selfishness that are the roots of all conflict. Plant in their place the seeds of humility, trust, and love, so that true and lasting peace may begin within each of us.
Through your powerful intercession, may the peace of Christ reign in our hearts and spread throughout the world.
